  • Can you conceptualize my idea

    The tailored services is one of YIDA Light strength. 35 years experience in decorative lighting fixtures, we're able to conceptualize your idea. Also, we could give out our recommendatin in assisting you.

  • Can you offer sample for testing and how long sample time

    Yes. We're willing to offer the sample for testing. Normally it takes 3 - 7 days for producing.

  • What's the MOQ for order

    10 - 100pcs. The MOQ could be discussed and It's depends on the production difficulty of lighting fixtures.

  • What's the QC (Quality control) procedure and audit test

    We have 3 ways of inspection in production. Including Pre-production incoming material QC (IQC), In-process QC (IPQC) during production and final QC (FQC) for finished lighting fixtures. One more we will do is pre-shipment inspection (PSI). 

    About Audit test, we're able to help the buyer to achieve the certified audit report.

  • What product certification could be provided

    Normally we offer CE certification and most of our products could pass with the test of SAA, ETL, UL certification.

  • What's the payment term

    Available in T/T payment, Wechat & Alibaba payment and L/C at sign.

  • What's the lead time for mass production

    25 - 35 days. We will notify the exact lead time before production.

  • What's the warranty and warranty service

    We offering 2 years, 3 years and 5 years warranty. If the defect product being received, we will exchange or repairing it according to the situation. Product with artificial damage is excluded.

  • What're the cargo shipment options could be offered

    Available in truck, air and ocean shipment.
